Potty Training Program

Our Potty Training Program supports young children through a structured, positive, and developmentally appropriate approach. Designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers, this clinical program combines intensive in-person clinic sessions with targeted parent coaching to ensure long-term success and consistency between the clinic and home. Every program is tailored to navigate sensory, developmental, or communication needs in a friendly, supportive environment.

• Resistance or Fear: Getting anxious, upset, or refusing to use the toilet.
• Frequent Accidents: Struggling to recognize or communicate the need to use the bathroom.
• Difficulty with Routines: Finding it hard to follow the sequential steps of bathroom hygiene.
• Developmental or Speech Delays: Needing alternative communication methods (visuals, signs) to express bathroom needs.
• Regression: Losing previously mastered toileting skills due to routine changes.

Depending on your child's specific developmental goals, the program focuses on:

• Routine Familiarity: Mastering step-by-step bathroom routines (undressing, sitting, wiping, flushing, and handwashing).
• Communication Success: Using visual schedules, simplified language, or alternative communication tools to signal bathroom needs.
• Desensitization: Overcoming sensory sensitivities or fears related to the bathroom environment (e.g., loud flushes, automatic sensors).
• Body Awareness: Learning to identify and respond to internal physical cues.
• Parent Implementation: Empowering caregivers with positive reinforcement strategies and an individualized home routine to maintain progress.

• Days: Monday to Friday (Weekday Mornings)
• Daily Sessions: Morning availability 
• Location: In-person at the clinic (7170 Warden Ave. #14 & #24, Markham)
• Includes: Visual support toolkits, communication aids, and progress tracking (depending on your package selection)

Starter Support Package — $450

• 3 in-person training sessions
• 1 parent coaching session
• Includes basic visual supports and home routine setup

Structured Training Package — $850

• 6 in-person training sessions
• 2 parent coaching sessions
• Includes personalized visual supports and progress tracking

Intensive Potty Training Program — $1,300

• 10 in-person training sessions
• 3 parent coaching sessions
• Includes complete visual toolkits, progress tracking, and a comprehensive written report

Note: Individual add-on services are available upon request.

• Toddlers and preschoolers aged 2.5–5 years.
• Children starting their toilet training journey or those experiencing ongoing difficulties, fear, or resistance.
• Fully adaptable for children with speech delays, sensory processing differences, or developmental needs.
